Why do I keep getting disconnected every few minutes? |
| |
| Please pay attention to the error message when you get disconnected. If it says 'connection reset by peer' it indicates a bad connection between your computer through the internet to our SAP servers. This is beyond our control. We suggest you speak to your internet service provider.
If you are interested in knowing more technical information about these connection issues, we recommend you review the below OSS notes: 545177 - FAQ: Preliminary steps in analyzing RFC connections 545136 - FAQ: Test tools for RFC connections 500235 - Network Diagnosis with NIPING 413330 - Network timeouts 107407 - Win95: Connection Reset by Peer 155147 - WinNT: Connection Reset by Peer 26086 - TCP/IP Connection to partner broken |
